thanks for showing your interest.

We are planning for two days trip because its 4-5 hrs one sided drive as we get known. We'll stay all night but still I didn聮t found any one who arrange camps for us. In Meroe there is Water Dam if friends like to see we can go there or any other place.

We all contribute equally for all group needs.

Trip details:
Date: 2nd & 3rd days of Eid
Members of Group: 4 persons + driver (if any member has Sudanese driving license then no need for driver).
I have one more friend with me so we are two. and you two.
So group is complete I think. If more people like to join us then we hire one more vehicle.
Vehicle: As I checked with Rent a car we need 4x4
Option1: Land Cruiser 800 SDG/day = 2days 1600
Option2: Toyota Hilux Double cabin 350 SDG/day = 2days 700
Fuel : 200 SDG aprox.
Food : 100 SDG /per person aprox.

If any one of my friend like to help me in arrangement of vehicle with better offer I truly appreciate also you can suggest any thing feel free about this trip its open tour:)

As I understand, Eid starts on 6th November (please correct me if I am wrong)... This would mean that the anticipated trip would be Monday 7th & Tuesday 8th???
Before I can commit to participating, I would have to confirm that I will be availabe to travel on these days.
It is of concern though as to where we would spend the night... This is a pre requisite which must be determined.... Please take this into careful consideration.
I have a Land Cruiser which I am happy to use for the trip. I would however recommend that we have a second vehicle for backup. (4x4 is a must!, & I would suggest a pick up, so we can carry a few jerry cans of emergency fuel on the back).
I should be able to confirm my availability by the end of next week.
Once I have confirmation of my availability, I suggest we get together in person and look at finer detail.

Chances are Eid on 6th November so trip would be on 7th & 8th. In case of Eid date changing, as it depends on moon appearance, we can follow 2nd day of Eid.
I found and check one tourism company ' italtoursudan.com ' has complete setup at site, includes tented camps, restaurant and basic needs. They can provide us transportation as well. I called and checked several details already. And I also agree as Alistair聽 you suggested for get together and look at more detail, if you both friends are available here then contact me.
