2). You have to split the needy present from your glorious future.
Emergency plan
You can put up a small web site in local language advertising your (private) teacher services.
Then, you can distribute flyers with the web site name and even stick them on electrical posts.

You begin talking proudly to your increasing number of friends about your web site and tell them you are now in a privileged position to offer them a commission for any successful introduction.

(See how the confusion changes into confidence?) 

Also, offer your teaching services for free ONCE A WEEK for two hours to your neighbourhood school.
You will be surprised what wonderful opportunities for you to teach remuneratively will come out of that 聟

Long-term plan
Half an hour every day, you start working on bigger projects.  You simply cannot be forever in a profession where lots of supply exists next to fancy demand.  You need to grow and change from a taker into a giver.

Search in your heart what your next big step will be and work on it secretly, EVERYDAY.
That inner force will strengthen your character to overcome whatever pain and obstacles you will be confronted with in your present bread earning enterprise.

My opinion is that everybody can stop looking for jobs if they have the burning desire in their heart and if they are sincere to themselves to become independent 聟  The rewards will come later at their own time.

What type of work are you looking for
Do you have qualifications and experience

I agree that part time teaching is not financially rewarding.
