affordable hospitals in KL

hi everyone.

hope someone can help or provide inputs, last time i was hospitalised at Pantai due to lumbar disc pain. Insurance covered it but for less tgan 5 days almost maxed out my company insurance. are there hospitals near Kuala Lumpur location that is less expensive but good treatment as well?

Also if a person max out their insurance, is the a hospital that we can go to like government or semi private?
