still聽 聽keep in mind聽 it is the kidnapping capital of this country聽 and u do have to be well聽 聽lets just see聽 聽keep聽 one eye open.
Sure聽 i know heaps of people that live there聽 never have any problems聽 聽but I also聽 know heaps of people that live there and the constant "arent u scared" that filipino's ask u on a daily basis聽 聽 does tend to drag u down...
lots and lots and lots of amazing places to live here聽 聽also聽 i would just like to point out聽 聽sure聽 its safe聽 for most who live there聽 聽 but聽 when i was living in gensen聽 聽 聽the day after i left聽 my next door neighbor was kidnapped and his daughter.
And the reason i left聽 is i felt like i was being watched all the time聽 聽but聽 thought it was just paranoia.....?
I have never felt like that here in visaya's
