Has anyone found any use for their VNeID?

Remember聽 the excitement a year ago when everyone was encouraged to acquire a Vietnam I.D number?聽 聽In the last year, has it proven useful in any way?聽 I ask because my new TRC came with a new number and it seemed sensible to update my VNeId app accordingly; except that there's no way to do so.聽 I'm inclined to let it gather dust.聽

Mmmm... While VN officers are still linking our driving licenses, bank accounts, TRC, etc to our Passport number as primary, technically is impossible to fix that good idea of a VNeID

our HR informed all expat that they recommend to uninstall it, for whatever reasons...
