How is Quy Nhon as a place to live as a retiree

Hallo me (Indonesian) and my husband (German) will move to QN because of my husbands work next year.聽 So I am happy to read in here that there are group of expats living there

Right now I am still searching of work possibilities, what could I do as foreigner in QN. I am an architect and designer, but I am open for any other job possibility like remote job or something else in QN. Teaching languages (German or English) would be cool too, but I don't have any certificate as a teacher and I can't speak any vietnamese. I am considering to open an small business, like open Airbnb room for backpacker, as QN becoming more touristic. Is that for foreigner posibble to rent out rooms? Any advice?
