In terms of restaurants all I can say is they open and close all the time.聽 Your experience in one way would be good but it's a different world here. Do you speak Spanish? Will you live here full time? Do you know any of the rules here?

Many bars/nightclubs have Hookah. Just not enforced and who is responsible in regards?

Calling it a hookah lounge and owned by an expat he will be a target.

Running a bar lounge will require a lot.of.spanish and a clear understanding of systems and laws.聽 I could help in some areas but not in others
