Hi, seeking a land in Cap, as my mother is from there. I am looking for 5 rooms + as staff pilot and crew will need to stay with me this is for retirement purpose.

Front gated and a court on suite large for security and equipment as crew quarter.

*if possible access to water.

I have the hability to reach by sea and plane.

So anywhere with the facilities to accommodate within a hour drive will be accepted, thank you.
