Using a U.S issued ATM card in Albania ---

Hello---
I have just been informed by my U.S. bank that their ATM cards are blocked in Albania due to concerns about fraudulent activity emanating from Albania.YIKES!!!聽
In other words, I cannot withdraw cash!!! Does anybody have a U.S. based or online-only bank ATM card that works in Albania?聽 I would be willing to open a new bank account from any source that works!

Hello, sorry to hear about your bank back in the US, not to sure what bank you use but I haven鈥檛 had any problems with navy federal here. And there is a bank here that鈥檚 able to transfer money to and from America it is ABI ( American bank of investment) they will be able to help you but it does take some time to open an account with them.
