Can I move to Belgium with Italia Carta Soggorno ?

i have italia carta soggorno, and am planning to move to belguim to live and work there.but i dont have anybody there,please how do i go聽 聽 聽about it?

It has to be Carta soggiorno UE per soggiornanti di lungo periodo.

If you have that, you will need to fidn a stable job and have adequate accomodation in Belgium in order to be able to initiare the process and obtain a Belgian residence permit.
