Hey guys, i have received the no reply mail on 13 october, but non update yet for the work permit i started to worry (it's for brussels region), is there anyone same as me please ?

Today I received an e-mail from the third party company that they received the WP. They wrote as, the resident permit process is transferred to immigration office which approximately will take around 10 weeks.

I applied on 4th August and received WP on 27th September. I have not received Annex yet. It makes me quite worried. It has been 108 days…

@aldishuli same timeline as mine, still waiting for RP/Annex-46. It’s worrying situation. I don’t think they are going according to date. Let’s hope we hear from them next week.

@aldishuli congratulations…. WP to RP was too quick. I think so far have not seen anyone got it within a month. But still the overall process for u took 112 days. Approx 4 months

3 birthday certificate of dependent ( apostille)

4 marriage certificate (apostille)

5. RP and WP

I am getting appointment for visa but have lots of doubts. Did anyone did this process recently from India?

I can see that Flanders and Brussels are already issuing RPs to applicants who got their WPs in October, and this leaves me wondering about the order of priority at the Immigration Office (I have applied as a highly qualified worked)
