Starting S.R.O. vs Trade License (with Temp Residence Permit)

Hi all,

Hopefully someone will be knowledgeable in this area. I hold a temporary residence permit and I want to start a personal small business. I can see that an S.R.O is maybe better for me than a trade license so I don't have to deal with social and health insurance, but can a temporary residence holder obtain an S.R.O.?

Hi, I just looked it up for you in Czech. Here it is: Společn铆k ani jednatel nemus铆 m铆t povolen铆 k pobytu na 煤zem铆 ČR. I do not know the official English terms but it reads that you do not need any permit to live here. The whole article is here:
