If you do not speak Danish then click " Mad og Vin" which means Food and wine which is one of the type of courses that AOF specialises in - they do a variety of short-time courses in just about anything including IT, music, excersise etc, but all of them are non-accredited courses - they are basically just to learn.

I have tried to click in that webpage but can not go futher more Mad og Vin. Why that?
Do you know where I can learn for cooking, specially danish food?.

It seems in the link that you need to click on the green in the right hand corner near the bottom of the page - apparently you need to log in and email them or something - perhaps because they are not sure whether to offer a course or not?

But the best thing you can do is either contact AOF directly on Monday if you go there to learn Danish or to send them an email.

Then you need to choose the region of Denmark that you are in, and the town and you can fill in the form to contact them

N.B: I am sure you know this, but do also go to your local library and ask what recourses in regard to Danish cooking is available, they might be able to help

I have contacted to AOF in T酶nder where I a learning Danish, but they said Mad og Vin are aftenkursus, therefore it is a litle bit difficult for me.
But I will try to find out other way to learn in library as you suggested. Tusind tak...
