Any Vegans on here??

Any Vegans on the board that want to share their experiences thus far?聽 I know France is heavy on the dairy and meats, and some Vegans have said it's a little tricky, but I would love to get some insider perspectives from people here (not tourists, but people actually living in France!).

Hi just saw your post I happen to be vegan and also musician...It is true that France is behind regarding the vegan style and vegan chefs are welcome . I live in northern France (Lille) I'd be glad to help you if you need some information if I can , have a nice day.
