Sprachkurs Visum changes

Hello, I am in Germany under a language course Visa. I've been here since February 2023. I would like to know the possibilities of having it extended or having a residence permit after it expires in December this year. Does anyone know if I can change my sponsor from my sister to my fiance?

You can probably (ask your local "Ausl盲nderbeh枚rde"!) extend your current language course visaif you extend the course. But a residence permit after that - why and for which purpose? - so聽 don't think that's possible.
