how to learn Tagalog

Hello I am a german guy living in Salzgitter.My plan is it to go to Philippines in around 2 years to live there till the end of my life.Thats why I am looking for some one from Salzgitter or Braunschweig who can teach me Tagalog.
I was searching here to find some dictionary for German / Tagalog or english/Tagalog but nothing.
Hope to find here some one who can help me.
