Potential dispute with builder

Our house was built 10 years ago and we have had an ongoing problem with damp. So far our builder has failed to rectify it, despite several visits to the property.聽 聽Does anyone know of an organisation which would help with this? I have looked at The Greek Ombudsman but their office doesn't appear to deal with issues such as this.
