Hello everyone,

During your expat experience in Hungary, you may have to travel solo with your kids, either to explore your host country, to visit family and friends in your home country,聽 or for vacation trips.
While this journey can be a great adventure, it also comes with its challenges. We therefore would like to invite you to share your insights and experiences to help fellow expats make the most of their trips with their children.

I would think there are many things to consider.

The ages of the children, if it is a short flight or long haul.

Is there family waiting when you arrive to help out or are you really solo and staying in a hotel of B&B.

Hungary is mostly EU normal for kids.聽

There's not a lot of difference between options in say Belgium and here.

Germany is family oriented.聽 Family rooms are easily available in proper chain hotels.聽聽We've often stayed in hotels like that in Germany.聽 Austria is about the same with the same chain聽 hotels.
