They'll be brought before a judge who will decide if they can be extradited.聽 聽That's the case right now.聽 If they are guilty of anything else, then that'll be decided during a trial in the UK.聽 聽The UK must think there's a case to answer otherwise they wouldn't have asked for their extradition.聽 UK extradites people to the USA regularly.聽 If the US doesn't allow it, then the treaty is at risk.聽 Even Trump should realise that before he interferes FIFA style.

Yes, he was on my mind. Polanski is a French and Polish citizen.聽 I believe even the victim wants it to end now and possibly there's a plea deal being discussed.聽 It hasn't stopped him making movies, he just has to be careful where he goes to.
