Come to think of it, we've got a "Living Museum" nearby in Szentendre which has a few thatched buildings.聽 You could contact them to see who does their thatching.聽 They might have a list of "master thatchers".聽 聽Click here: .聽 They do demonstrations so possibility this is done by professional craftspeople.
