Services available in Ireland to help me move

Hi all,

I am an American who recently got my dual-Irish citizenship. I am 56 and semi-retired and do not need to find work in Ireland.

I have visited Ireland twice and plan to visit a few more times before making an official move. Finding a location to concentrate on, seems to be my biggest holdup at the moment. I have been looking at houses for sale for several months and hope to visit again soon to scope out specific towns as well as houses.

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on finding local help and services to make the most out of my next trip?

I will need to talk to banks about opening accounts/ transfers and mortgage, a solicitor about houses, as well as researching the areas I plan to visit for amenities I desire.

It seems like a lot to arrange for a 2 week, especially if I need to do it in 3-4 different locations?

Are there services available in Ireland that could help me arrange some of these things?

I realize that narrowing down my search area will be the biggest help and maybe this forum could help me with that?

I look forward to connecting with people and will provide more details on what I am looking for in an area and community in later posts.

Thank you for having me.
