Lake Como property at 1200m ?

apart from the obvious never ending windy road and the property being 25 min from the lake side what are the other issues.


the views are amazing, the price is reasonable, am I missing something

i an considering a purchase. I have a viewing planned in the next few days, which will be a big decider.


I would look to use for weekend breaks and possibly a rental.
