Can I study in Germany with a Permesso di Soggiorno ?

So can I study in Germany having Permesso di Soggiorno? Or do I need a German one ?

No. You will need a visa for Germany. Your PdS is only for Italy, nowhere else.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.


The "permesso di sogiorno" is an Italian residence permit, nothing else. When you move to any other country, you will need to apply for the appropriate residency permit for that country.
