Anything that you want for then is going to be available now. The Maltese rent out empty properties for summer lets and they are not normally vaccant until the kids go back to school at the end of September, so while you will have some choice, there will be a lot of choice then. Mind you, it depends on where you are looking, as summer lets tend to be in the more touristy places. Maybe you could get a short let when you come over, give yourself a chance to have a look, by that time you'll have more choice???

These are local to my area, St Paul's Bay, although Dhalia, ReMax and Frank Salt are all over the island. I have used all in the past except ReMax and they have all been ok. Normal commission of 50% of cost of 1 months rent plus VAT

There is also Northern Properties which look pretty good but as toonarmy says, they are never updated!
Also, you are best to wait until Sept/Oct before looking as the summer lets will be finishing then.

From the above list, I can only recommend the Dhalia Estate Agent. I dealt with then when moving to Balzan and they have been great. If you contact their branch in St Julian's, speak with a guy called Thomas as he will look everywhere to get you the right place. He has been outstanding after my first contact and I couldn't be happier with the apartment I got through their services.
