There is only one primary school in Zabljak called "Osnovna (Primary) Skola (School) Dusan Obradovic", from age 6-7 until 14. There used to be a website, but I can't find it. Yes, nature is beautiful, but to live there I'd suggest give yourself 3-6 months out of summer season and see how it goes. It can be isolating, but in the same time people can be too curious to know ins and outs of your private life, one can find that a bit overwhelming.
Also, if you are not financially sorted, it is very hard to find work. You might also be disappointed to witness that local council and government are not doing much to use up National Park's full potential. Quite opposite, I remember when the place was thriving in 80s, before the Balkan war (which didn't directly happen in Montenegro), but now it's just a shell and so much potential is not being used. Whoever tries to make a difference and has new ideas becomes thwarted by local politics. No wonder surrounding villages are deserted and there is less and less kids in school, because young people are leaving to find work elsewhere. Also, there is a surgery in Zabljak, but for any emergency you have to drive to Pljevlja hospital which is 1 1/2 away.

By all means try, but be prepared that is so much different, beautiful and harsh, so are the people.
