One Euro shop?

Hello friends,
Please someone tell me what is the best place for shopping ladies items and fancy goods such as bags perfumes and some toiletries in Utrecht area?
Can you find places with clearance/promotional sale these days in Utrecht shopping?
One friend of me (a guy who has no experience in girlish shopping) needs to buy me something.

In the Netherlands it is very easy to shop until you drop on the ground!
For a male who has no experience in shopping for girly stuff, I advice him to go to a big mall like Hoog Catherijne where he can find many shops at one spot.
I don't know if there are sales on this moment. They coming very soon but I don't know how much time he has to wait until the sales are coming.

If someone have better ideas, please let him/her/us know.

Can you please name me some shops for me to select stuff from internet? Then I can select some and my fiance can buy those for me.聽 ;)
