My daughter (X) is marrying a Norwegian (Y) this summer and her brother is threatening the ceremony if she doesn鈥檛 have a pre-nuptial agreement.

My children inherited monies from their late father and my son wants to make sure Y can鈥檛 get any of the money if X and Y divorce in the future.

Is Y entitled to any money that X had before the marriage.
