Cake Baking! - Need advice on shops!

Hi,

I just moved here and I need to bake a cake - simple.聽 So where can I go to find some decent cake tins, coloured marzipan icing, writing icing, cookie cutters, that kind of stuff.聽 There has to be a decent baking supplies shop somewhere?聽 Google yields me nothing!

Hello,

Cacas has a shop in Oslo which is probably your best bet for all things cake. They are at Kongensgate 14.

They also have a website: There are also some other online retailers which you might be interested in, but perhaps you prefer a physical shop?

Another shop I like for supplies is They have a few branches in Oslo. I have been to one in Storo Senter.

I had the same problem when I first moved here 馃槄 Baking shops are not easy to find. You can check Delicia because they also keep some baking tools and decorating items along with cakes and pastries. I got a few basics from there so it might help you save time searching.
