In the new year we will be purchasing a new Villa on the Algarve, we are not looking to rent the Villa out just a family holiday home. What are the pros and cons on buying a villa?

Everybody's circumstances聽 differ, I'd never buy an new villa on the Algarve.聽 You would only know if it was a suitable idea or waste of time for your own circumstances by spending time in the area where you are thinking of buying.
