Hello, can someone help me find out (with an official document) who some property in Saint Petersburg belongs to?

The website is Rosreestr but I can't read/write/speak in Russian.

Any effort spent will of course be compensated.

hi,

1st of all you need yandex trad , at least to know what the article is about .

_then , consider some real estate agencies keep some informations confidential , you will have an idea about it once you translate the page .

_and to be honest , in your position if you want an official information it is better to hire an emglish spoker lawyer .

_btw if you manage to have the adress , it is perhaps possible to ask at "moydokument" but ... i guess you have a russian sim card and a vocal translator (aswell as text from image translator) ... keep in mind you are a foreigner and they can just say "薪械褌"

if you are serious , just do like everybody = with a lawyer
