Hello Neighbors,
I plan to retire in Saint Petersburg coming from聽 USA.
聽 I was wondering if anyone of you would recommend a health insurance company other than CIGNA?
I have no medical conditions to speak of, I usually just eat properly to steer away from trouble.
Thank you for your time, looking forward to hear what others have done about medical insurance.

Try VTB. We use them for our travel insurance out of Russia so you'd have a decent shout at it inside Russia. Hopefully a place to start for you.
