Mapfre is the most established home insurance company who have various tiers of protection, depending on what you want. They are not the cheapest but they have a solid reputation and my experience of them is that they are quick to respond to any issues. They also have a lower cost brand, which moves most of the bureaucratic stuff online and over the phone, called Verti, which is essentially the same.

I am with Mapfre. Just take care to read carefully any proposal they send because there will be a lot of unucessary stuff: for your pets (I don't have), jewels (I don't have), technological risks (?!?), ...

They also push you to sign the contract saying "If you sign now, you get a 5% less". Which you will get anyway.聽
