Death Tax, Alicante Region

Hi
my wife was left a Spanish property worth approximately 鈧�200,000 by her father.
The property is located in La zenia which is in the Valencia region.

She does not have a NEIS.

Does anybody know the rate of taxation she will have to pay if any? Is there an initial tax free sum allowed.?
Would having a NEIS reduce this tax burden.?

Any other useful information?

I understand pretty well the inheritance tax in andalucia but each Region has it鈥檚 own rules
