Hello everyone,

聽聽聽Looking to see if there are any magic the gathering players or board game fanatics on this forum.聽 My wife and I are currently visiting Kiev and looking at apartments as we will be moving here and wanted to meet people with common interests.聽 We really enjoy board games.聽 From strategy games like carcassonne to pure fun easy games like pictureka and all the FLUXX games.聽 I also really enjoy Magic the Gathering and have found a couple places in town to play so if anyone plays but hasn't found locals I'll be more than happy to show you!

Hey Daniel,

Haven't played Magic in years, I also didn't take my cards to Ukraine, but I really liked it back then. I don't think I will really get back into that hobby, but I am certainly a fan of board games.
I don't work in Kiev, so I'm only there during the weekends. But perhaps we could meet up and play some games. I'm sure my girlfriend would like it also. (you wouldn't happen to have brought something like A game of Thrones or Twilight Imperium with you, because that would be awesome)

Haven't actually moved out to Kiev yet.聽 Will be moving there within the next couple of months.聽 I did however post that while I was on a trip out to visit the area and check out the office.聽 I will be bringing my board games with me for sure.聽 I haven't checked out Game of Thrones or Twilight Imperium, but as we are fans of all board games I may just pick them up so I have them on hand.聽 Not sure if you have ever heard of Munchkin, but we do have that and its a great little game!聽 I'll definitely keep you posted and let you know when we arrive!

Munchkin is wonderfull. But then again, I am a role-player. Or actually, I was till I got to Ukraine.
In fact, same here: I like many board games also and I'm always wiling to try a new one.

Let me know when you've moved over and we'll plan a meet.

Absolutely, and if your interested in resparking up the MTG bug, I have plenty聽 of cards and decks, and since I like to play in competative events, i typically聽 build up a few of the current top decks to play against.

聽聽聽Not sure if your still in Kiev or not, but after tons of delays we finally made it!聽 My wife and I arrived on Saturday and are in a temporary apartment while we are apartment hunting.聽 Once we get settled in we would love to have a game night or two!

I just got back from a trip to France, but yes, I still live in Ukraine. I only send the weekends in Kiev though.
I would be nice to plan a game night in one of the upcoming weekends.
