Submission of Annual Audited Financial Reports to MOIC

HI, I got the CR in 2023 and started operation in sept 2024, FY ends Dec 31st. I heard that in the 1st year no need to submit聽 Annual Audited Financial Reports. Is it true?聽 If so when am i supposed to submit the audited report?. kindly advise.

They have listed the FAQ on the MOIC website.聽 I don't remember the dates but the statements are not submitted in the first year but in the year after that.
