Hello everyone,I hope someone here has experienced a similar situation or can offer some advice.A few years ago, a family (father, mother, and son) lived in Bahrain. All three had valid residence permits at that time. The son held a Pakistani passport.Later, the family left Bahrain and moved to Germany. While living there, the son obtained a German passport because his father is a German citizen. The mother is still a Pakistani citizen.The family is now planning to move back to Bahrain because the father has a new job there. They applied for visas for all three family members.The father’s and mother’s visas were approved without any issues. However, there is a problem with the son’s application. It appears that he is still registered in Bahrain’s system under his previous Pakistani nationality. When we try to continue processing his visa application, the system says that his nationality must first be updated at Immigration before the visa can be processed.The problem is that the family is currently living in Germany, so we don’t understand how they are supposed to visit the Immigration office in Bahrain to update his nationality while they are outside the country.We have already hired an agent in Bahrain to try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the request was rejected.
