Basrah - Day Rate for Senior Role

Offered $1400 day rate on a 28/28 contract as an expat Engineer in Basrah and I was wondering if this is up to current market rates for expats because I saw earlier posts from 2015 with similar day rates? Surely rates have not remained the same since 2015?

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
