The least worst bank in Jordan

I was going to ask everyone which, in their opinion, was the best bank in Jordan, but I think the more appropriate question is.... which is the least worst bank?

I'm looking to set up our current accounts somewhere that has...
+ good online banking facilities
+ a wide and well distributed network of branches and ATMs
+ some type of commitment to customer service
+ debit cards which work online
+ doesn't rip me off wherever it can
+ has an Android app (if possible)

What's your opinion? Or, at least, who do you bank with and what do you think of them in regards to the above?

Also, have you ever experienced any bother banks here to compare it against?

And, lastly, what don't you like about Arab Bank?

Ummmmm...my Monthly Salary transfered thru Arab Bank and its been 3 years i dont found any difficulties as all above requirements are available,worth to try tho...
