Hi All,

My wife and I have just moved to Amman.聽 Does anyone have a recommendation on cable or satellite TV packages with a good amount of English speaking channels?

The better thing here in Jordan is to buy a receiver and dish and let someone expert to install the dish for you.

Yes, a receiver and a satellite dish are the perfect solution, try to get Nilesat and Hotbird, I found a lot of channels here with movies, sports and documentaries in English. Good luck!

if you are looking for something decent "paid" go for showtime/OSN

nilesat has only 20 channels work watching, all are free

i remember once running through an OSN desk in cozmo, not sure if its still there, you can google it, OSN (orbit showtime network)
