Offer letter

My husband got offer letter from one renowned聽 company of Kuwait. He negotiated on salary offered but got no reply then he signed the offer and send the same .Its almost 22 days, they are not responding mail. Even he called HR, they told they are waiting for approval from management. Should we wait for reply or call again HR ?

If you didn鈥檛 accept the offer in the first place I doubt very much the company will get back in touch with you.
I鈥檓 sorry this may not be what you want to hear and especially if it鈥檚 KOC your on about .
