Kuwaiti background check

I know there have been a few posts about this topic, but too bad, here goes another.聽 I am a US citizen working here in lovely Kuwait relocating to China next year.聽 I am in need of a background check here quickly.聽 I don't think it is feasible to send my fingerprints to the FBI via express mail after I get them taken by the police here in Kuwait.聽 Does anyone else have tips?聽 Much appreciated!

Hello there, thank you for the response..聽 I have the FBI fingerprint cards and can supply ink pads as well.聽 I basically just need an official to finger print me and sign off聽 on the cards.
