a person who blacklisted in oman which countriee he can travell or not to be travelled ? thise is my question ?

and how many years the blacklist hold ? after how many years he can go back to oman and whats is the process to get back there ?

I am blacklist Oman because I am going to Dubai crossing the border so I am come back to Oman so airport immigration officer blacklist lifetime for me so I want to remove my blacklist
