hi i want to know i have resign in the company that i work for but they refuse to sign my resignation letter so i decide to stay home and not to go to work for 15 days,so now they call me and they give me a termination letter and on that termination letter'' its a 2 months written notice of termination of employment'',bad news i have to stay for 2 month without work.
no(2)why i have to stay 2 month but they terminate me
(3)i talk to them about it thy have said that i have to write a letter to them and ask early exit or to go home early
(4)i dont trust them as they fail me so many times
i need a way out any one can help can i write a letter or what?
i want to go back to my country as soon as possible
