Transfer request on qiwa

Hi sir,

I have one question regarding my transfer to new employer,

My current company didn鈥檛 upload my contact on qiwa and also my contact in gosi is expired,but my iqama is valid,聽 if my new company send me offer letter on qiwa and I accept that offer,

Can my previous company give me exit or file case against me? If i already accepted new employer offer in qiwa,

Nowadays there is no such trouble.

If you have successfully completed Contract then the old employer has to give u transfer and in most of cases they accept it.

problem is my contact is auto renewed every two years. And as per this my 2 year鈥檚 contract will expire on next march24, but on qiwa I don鈥檛 have any contract
