Baseeta credit card

Hi everyone. Does anyone here have missed payment of monthly installment in Baseeta? Tasheel keeps on reminding me to pay. I ask them thru call for Restructuring of the monthly installment but the girl is very rude and keep on saying no and they file a case against me.. What should I do?? I will have the money next month..

If you are unable to make your monthly payment on time for Baseeta, you should send a written email to their support team detailing when you can pay customerservice@tasheelfinance.com
