Visa rejection

I have submitted 1 visiting visa for stamping in mumbai along with the required documents.visa is for my mother.but in the 3 documents she have 3 diffrent name.any problem for the stamping.we have submitted the affidavit also which this 3 persons are zame .please let me a reply
