Dentist - Cheap and best to get Braces?

Hello!
I was wondering if someone can give me good information regarding dentists for having braces.
But keep the following in mind please:
- cheap
- known to be good

To talk in detail, I am a teenager and I would say that the earning of my family is probably in the middle-class range.
I am looking for a dentist which is known to be good (or best!) to get braces, and the important factor should be that it's cheap.

I would also like to know how the payment would be paid.. like paying an advance sum at first then paying per visit or so.. etc.

So yeah, please help!
also if you know any information regarding any dentist you've heard but not sure if it's cheap just post ahead anyway, I will do more research nonetheless, any help is appreciated!

there is in King Saud hospital,just 350riyal.but u just have to wait in line..schedule of the clinic 8am to 4pm.its a semi government hospital i thin that's why its cheap but they have good dentists.

The problem is, you can't find a cheap good dentist ,you have to pay for his experience
