Congratulations,

Both you need to go to the civil affairs court to do the marriage contract (Nikah).

Your fianc茅e needs anyone from her guardians who can accept this marriage according to Islam.
Even if her father or brother is not here, there is something called Wakeel (delegate) who can get this delegation from her family.. and the two witnesses in front of the Court Sheikh.. less than an hour to finish the formalities and signing.

Be happy and take care of her!

Please help me. I'm from Pakistan living in Saudi Arabia legally. My girlfriend from Philippine. She's not married before she is still legally single according to the Philippine law. We both are Muslim. She want get umra visa to perform umra and return to home country within the allowed stay. But we also want to marry in makkah during umra 90 days stay.

Is it possible and what is legal process and what documents required. Thank you listeners.
