Hello everyone,
A couple months ago or so I posted something about putting together a small meditation group that would get together once a week. I received and some interested (and interesting) responses but obviously had not been clear enough about the details. So here they are:

1. I would like this group to be held in my home in 脺sk眉dar (not far from the piers by dolmu艧.) This is because I have an intense work schedule and also need to come back home after work and since I somet谋mes get home late going out again is not an option.

2. I would like people who are truly interested in meditation to join me but having previous experience is not a requisite - just an open mind is.

3. There is no cost involved. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

I already have some people who have answered positively so it will be first come, first serve and my apartment can only accomodate so many.

I hope this will be a positive experience to all those who wish to share it.
