It is not horrible.聽 Her work is very important to her.聽 Some of us are defined by what we do, which is her case.聽 I am not saying it is a good thing but is not a bad thing if it "works" for you.聽 She is happy doing what she does and if she were to retire she would be bored in a heart beat.

This sounds like something that has to be resolved on the Algerian end.
